What to include

Your iPhone model, iOS version, Bloom version and a short description of what happened are helpful. Include the steps to reproduce a problem if you can. Do not send your password, payment card details or sensitive habit information. Share a screenshot or garden export only if you are comfortable doing so.

Manage or cancel Bloom Plus

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then Bloom. Apple controls billing, trial eligibility and cancellation for App Store purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple’s cancellation guide.

For a refund request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Restore Plus access

Open Bloom Plus and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoring Plus restores eligible subscription access; it does not restore deleted local habit history.

Keep a copy of your garden

Open You and use the garden export action. Save the exported file somewhere you control before removing the app or replacing your iPhone. The current version stores habit history locally and does not provide account-based cloud backup.

Create an account or recover access

In versions with accounts, open You → Your Bloom account. Choose Create an account or Sign in. Signup sends an email confirmation code. Forgot password sends a recovery code; enter it in Bloom, then choose a new password. Use the latest email and check spam if it has not arrived. You can paste a code, use iPhone autofill or request a new code after the countdown. You can leave these screens and continue without an account.

Your existing local habits, plants, care history and XP remain in place when you sign up, sign in, recover access or sign out. Account sign-in does not yet provide cloud garden backup. Bloom Support will never ask for your password or email code.

Delete your Bloom account

Open You → Your Bloom account → Delete my account, enter your current password and confirm. This permanently removes the sign-in account while keeping your local garden available without an account. Remove local habits separately from Manage habits if desired. If you cannot access your account, use Forgot password or contact support. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Edit or remove a habit

Open You, Manage habits, choose the habit and open Edit. You can change its name, schedule, reminder and available appearance. Deleting a habit removes its local care history after confirmation. Undoing today’s care is available from the habit’s care controls.

Reminders aren’t appearing

Check the reminder time and selected weekdays in Edit habit. In iPhone Settings, open Notifications and choose Bloom to check permission. Focus, scheduled notification summaries and device settings can affect when a reminder is shown. Completing the habit can suppress that day’s reminder.

How growth works

Growth follows total completed days: Sprout at 0–2, Growing at 3–6, Leafy at 7–29 and Blooming at 30 or more. Streaks count consecutive days separately. A missed day does not shrink the plant. The launch free allowance is three waterings; the fourth requires Plus.

Beta feedback and privacy
